Ronald E. Bos, age 74 of Zeeland and Davenport, Florida, went home to be with his Lord and Savior after losing his battle with cancer on February 3, 2010 at the Hospice House of Holland.

Born in Holland, he graduated from Holland High School. Ron served in the Armed Forces during the Korean Conflict, stationed at Kadena Air Force Base in Okinawa and Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. He worked for Rem Machine and Tool for 12 years and Life Savers in management positions for 23 years.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Edward and Ruth.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Shirley (Seidelman) Bos; his children, Patricia and Brian Wyckoff of Zeeland and Douglas Bos of Holland; grandchildren, StephanieWyckoff and Carson Wyckoff; sister-in-law, Norma and Jim Tenckinck of Holland.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00pm Saturday, February 6 at the Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home, 315 E 16th Street, Holland with Rev. David Smits officiating. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 1-2pm on Saturday, also at the funeral home.
